Kansas License Renewals and Continuing Education:

Because at this time almost all on-sight (in person) continuing education programs have been canceled due to the Pandemic, the requirement on the maximum of 50% of home study/correspondence courses has been temporarily lifted. Individual license renewals may submit a maximum of twelve (12) hours of home study/correspondence hours (for embalmers and funeral directors) and a maximum of two (2) hours of home study/correspondence hours for crematory operators. This policy will be re-evaluated as necessary, and we will advise you accordingly. Thank you very much.
